Click anywhere in the small keymap to go to the same panel (row and column) on the full-size map. If your browser takes you to the left end of the target row, scroll to the right using the mouse or keyboard.

Rows in the maps are numbered 1 through 7, and columns are numbered A through D. In the text of the Guide to the Map, a link to the large map looks like this: 5A. Two addresses, as in 6A:7B, represent the upper left and lower right panels of the area of interest. These links will take you to the upper left panel of the areas they name.

To return from the large map to the text, click on Back in your browser. To return to the small map, click on the large map.

In v. 3.0 or newer browsers, the background of both maps should appear in pink, yellow, green and blue to help you keep track of where you are in the map. If the background is white or gray in a v. 3.0 or higher browser, increase the color depth of your computer's display, or turn on dither in the browser. You may also select a different main page which displays the maps with a plain white background if you prefer.

An 800 x 600 pixel computer screen will let you view an entire a map panel at once, though a larger screen is better. Maximize your browser window and hide your browser's toolbars to make more room for the image. Your browser's cache should have at least 1 MB, and system RAM should have at least 32 MB of capacity to allow new parts of the map to display quickly with colored backgrounds. If you switch to the page with white backgrounds and set the color depth of your computer's display to 256 colors, 16 MB of system RAM will be enough.

To see the entire map at once, print it out from the page with white backgrounds. Print on a photographic quality printer or with a halftone screen to avoid jagged edges in the image. The printout will take many pages that you will have to paste together, unless you have a very large printer or reduce the image size.
